01 What we collect

When you sign up for the Duxelina letters, we collect your email address. That's it. No name, no postal address, no profile, no tracking pixel.

We don't ask for, and don't store, any data about your child.

02 How we use it

We use your email to:

• Send you the welcome email with the link to download the six-page PDF.
• Email you when a new set of letters is ready — a few times a year, never daily.

We don't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone for marketing. Ever.

03 Email service · Brevo

We send our emails through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), an email service based in Paris, France. Your email is stored on Brevo servers in the EU.

Brevo is GDPR-compliant. Their policy lives at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

We also keep a small backup of your subscription in our own WordPress database (also EU-hosted), so we can resend the welcome email if Brevo ever has a hiccup.

04 Cookies & analytics

This site uses no analytics cookies. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar, no heatmap recorders.

The only cookies you may encounter are technical WordPress cookies set when someone logs into the back-end — you won't, unless you work here.

05 Your rights

Under GDPR (and similar laws elsewhere), you can ask us to:

• Show you what email of yours we have on file.
• Update or correct it.
• Delete it, permanently.

The fastest way: reply to any email from us and write “please delete me”, or hit the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. One click, no questions, no farewell pop-up.

06 Children's privacy

Duxelina is made for young children, but the website and signup are for grown-ups. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

If you believe a child has signed up by mistake, email us and we'll remove the entry the same day.

07 Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. If it actually affects you, we'll send a short heads-up email. No silent rewrites.
